Bidders from 3 states attended this auction of an incredible 80 acre piece of hunting/recreational real estate. Originally built as a greyhound racing dog breeding/training facility, it joined the 14,000 acre Missouri Conservation Department's "FOUR RIVERS" wetlands.
Strong interest (and bids) resulted in another SUCCESSFULLY SOLD property!
Rich Hill, Missouri: Once again this community event EXCEEDED anticipated fundraising goals as the annual Security Bank sponsored Pie Contest and World Record Pie Auction was held on July 2nd. This year's event had 40 pies to be auctioned by Larry Hacker and staff after the judging was completed.
Total revenue for this event set a
NEW RECORD total of OVER $13,000.00
Congratulations to the
"Famous for the 4th"
to all who participated and supported!
As our first time conducting the auction for this chapter of avid outdoorsmen, we weren't sure of their previous results. But, by the end of the evening we helped them achieve their MOST SUCCESSFUL fundraising results TO DATE!
A framed print brought $900, commemorative handgun hit $1,000, and many more items ran in the hundreds of dollars range!
Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your success and we look forward to working this fun and worthy event again!
Once again ... A RECORD!
Within 10 minutes of starting time the number of Bidders was light ... and then we saw them begin coming in!
As the auction progressed it was obvious we were experiencing a very STRONG showing of support for the center.
The final tally showed that
ONCE AGAIN we had achieved a
NEW RECORD TOTAL!
Thanks to all Bakers, Bidders, and Buyers!
This community (east of Rich Hill) celebrates their community history each year with a great feed, music, tours of the museum, the historic bridge and town, and an auction. This year we were invited to conduct their auction for the first time and became a part of an auction that was an overwhelming SUCCESS! The auction raised over DOUBLE their normal amount
(a NEW RECORD for their celebration)!
Lots of FUN, and an "automatic" invitation back, to conduct their auction in 2015!
Once again, our first time to conduct this auction, but after enjoying a TREMENDOUS meal of great smoked meat and all the sides, we helped them raise several hundred dollars to be used for their Church
and its youth!
Yes, it sounds like "old news" but once again total dollars raised for the worthy event exceeded ALL previous year totals! The evening began with a very good turnout for the delicious chili/potato soup dinner and continued on with incredible support by the attendees in strong bidding for a big variety of items being sold. This annual event is crucial to the continued survival of the private Christian school and the quality education it provides.
Colonel Larry Hacker, lead auctioneer, called the auction with assistance from Colonel Shannon Mays, Colonel Kent Bland, and a staff of volunteers serving as ringmen, clerks, and cashiers. This year's event EXCEEDED all previous totals raising nearly $35,000 for the school's operation. Once again proving ...
"The RIGHT company ... The RIGHT RESULTS!"
THANK YOU for your support from El Dorado Christian School and Larry Hacker Auctioneers!
